This class will demonstrate a basic technique for painting hair on an easy model using a layering approach. Layering and the fall of light on a model will be discussed from a foundational viewpoint.

Prep:
If you want to follow along, your figure should be washed and prepared for painting. No other prep is required. It does not need to be primed in any particular way, or at all. You can paint the hair with a base coat of 9137 Blackened Brown before the class starts if you choose, but this is not essential. This will be the first step we take in the class.
